FY19-FY24 Extension and Research Prioritization Survey

Dear Ohio Grape Industries’ Stakeholder,

You have been identified as a key stakeholder by the Ohio Grape Industries’ Committee (OGIC). We are asking you to participate in a survey regarding priorities for both enology and viticulture extension and research programs for Ohio’s grape and wine industry. This brief survey will help the OGIC draft the Request for Proposal (RFP) regarding these priorities which will then ultimately shape the industries extension and research programs over the course of the next five years.

If you have already completed this survey, please disregard this message. We are trying to make sure we receive as much input as possible in order to understand the extension and research needs of the industry moving forward.

You can take this survey on a computer, tablet, or smartphone. If you choose, responses to survey questions will remain anonymous, and all information will be kept confidential. If you wish to disclose your name or organization, OGIC will be better suited to address your additional comments and suggestions.

The number of questions will vary upon your specific program area (grape grower, winemaker and/or both) and should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete. A progress bar along the bottom of every page will provide your survey completion percentage. We ask that you complete the survey in one sitting as your responses will not be saved and incomplete survey responses will not be counted.

Please feel free to share this survey with others in the industry who may not be on our contact list, but would benefit from the extension and research priorities that will be a result of this survey.
