E & J Gallo Winery has posted their 2024 Intership opportunities.
I wanted to let you know that our internship links are now live. Please share with any students that might be interested in doing an internship next year with Gallo. I would encourage students to apply as soon as possible. Interviews will be conducted before the winter holidays and immediately thereafter. On my Grower Outreach Team, we have two internships that will be filled. Grower Outreach internships fall under Grower Relations in the Grape Production & Viticulture Internships.
Grower Outreach interns work on projects to improve productivity, quality, sustainability, and profitability of contract grape growers in the San Joaquin Valley and Coastal regions of California. Trials/demonstrations may include crop load management, canopy management, irrigation management, mechanization, quality enhancement, vineyard block improvement, and/or science-based diagnoses of vineyard problems. Grower Outreach is additionally involved in providing information to the grower community through virtual and in-person meetings as well as fact sheets and through electronic media. The Grower Outreach internships typically run from late May to early June through mid-December.
